Quality classifications

Holiday apartments are classified by quality into classes from Q1 to Q5 where Q5 is the highest classification.

Each holiday apartment has (unless mentioned otherwise):

  • Modern facilities: electric heating, hot/cold water, toilet, electric sauna and lavatory as well as coffee maker, cooking facilities, basic dishes and firewood.
  • Additional equipment is mentioned separately.
  • During high season holiday apartments are mainly rented on a weekly basis, with Saturday or Sunday as the changing day. Requests for possibilities for shorter time rental periods can be inquired in so called last minute bookings. Outside the high season reservations are made mainly with a minimum of 2 nights.
  • NO SMOKING IN HOLIDAY APARTMENTS!

Accommodation prices do not include the bed linen unless mentioned otherwise. Departure cleaning price is automatically added to all accommodation prices. Service fee is 25 €.

Through us you can rent nearly 900 holiday apartments in different areas of Levi. When reguested, full service including bed linen and meals are available to all holiday apartments.
