Day trip to fell Pallas and river rafting

We start our trip by leaving at 10.00 from Levi towards Pallas, where we familiarize with Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park and Pallastunturi Visitor Centre. Then we continue our trip to Harriniva and have delicious salmon soup lunch with coffee. After lunch we visit The Arctic Sleddog Centre, where we can see hundreds of cute husky dogs. During the visit we will hear about the history of the dogs, training and life in general. After that we prepare ourselves for river rafting. We paddle through the rapids of river Muonionjoki, a border river between Finland and Sweden. On the way back to Levi we make a stop at Reijo Raekallio's art gallery in Pöntsö. After this exciting day we return to Levi in the afternoon around 16.00 o’clock.

Duration: Approx. 6 hours. Transfer from Levi to Pallas 60 km, 1 hour. From Pallas to Harriniva 35 km, 30 min. From Harriniva to Levi 60 km, 1 hour.

Group size: Minimum 4 persons

Availability: On request 1.6. – 30.9. Booking at least 7 days before.

Equipment: Proper outdoor outfit according to the weather. Supplier provides other necessary equipment needed.

Price: 98 eur/person including transfers, entrances, river rafting, lunch and a guide throughout the journey.

Children under 12 yrs –50% if there are at least 4 adults in the group.
