Karhunvartija 2 is an elegantly furnished, modern apartment with beds for four persons.
-Upstairs (30,5 m2): a hall, spacious kitchen, one bedroom for two persons and a wc.
-Downstairs: (33,5 m2): spacious room with a fire-place, two beds in a open place, bathroom, wc and sauna.
- A panel TV, stereos/a DVD-player, a drying cabinet, Wlan.
-There is an exit downstairs that leads to the ski-maintenance room and the gym.
-This apartment has a pergola with an entrance from the kitchen.
-Smoking is prohibited.
- Pets are allowed in this apartment when agreed in advance; extra fee 70 euro/pet.
All residents have free access to the ski maintenance room and to the gym located in the basement of
Karhunvartija. Every apartment has a separate locker for sports equipment.
Two of the apartments have a separate entrance from the street level. The rest of the apartments have
an entrance from the hallway. Nearly every apartment is equipped with one or several balconies.

OTHER THINGS TO BE MENTIONED:
When staying in this apartment, you will receive a refund of one green fee during weeks 22-40 / 2021 (when the course is open)
at Levi-Golf. In week rentals refund of two green fees Book your tee time by calling +358 16 641 150. You will receive payment for the green fee by taking
a copy of the payment and sending it to the address you will receive in the booking confirmation after booking the accommodation.
You will receive your payment back within a month.
