SUP-PADDLING

Stand up Paddling has gained popularity as a fun way to exercise. To paddle while standing upright on a special board requires balance and body control. Beginners are familiarized on a lake and more advanced paddlers can even go down a river with a guide. Guided Sup-experiences are arranged both day and night during the summer months.  For those wanting to go explore by themselves boards are also available for rent.
