Our slope restaurants offer delicious breaks during your ski day – warm soups, local flavours, and relaxed Christmas spirit for the whole family.

At Bistro West, music and scenery come together during the Christmas holiday period. In this new slope-side restaurant, opened last spring at the base station of the Levi West chairlift, live piano jazz will be played on two afternoons: 26 December and 28 December from 3–5 pm.

On Christmas Eve, make the day even more special with the Christmas Dinner at Horizon Restaurant.

Right at the heart of the Front Slope you’ll find V’inkkari – Levi’s most iconic après-ski spot. A relaxed, lively venue with a vibe you simply have to experience.

Leevilandia's children's program offers fun activities for every day of the week! The special Christmas and New Year programs add even more magic to the days, including skiing sessions with Leevi the Wolverine, obstacle courses, crafts, sledding carnivals, and fun, light-hearted ski competitions.

🎄 Declaration of Christmas Peace at Zero Point

You are warmly invited to attend the Declaration of Christmas Peace from the Zero Point balcony on Christmas Eve, 24 December 2025 at 3:00 pm.
The Declaration of Christmas Peace will be delivered in several languages – Finnish, Sámi, Swedish, English, French, German, Spanish and Italian – so the message can be shared with our international mountain community.

The ceremony also includes a few Christmas carols, and everyone is welcome to join in. After the declaration, the slopes will quieten as Levi settles into the celebration of Christmas. ✨

🎆 New Year’s Eve Night Skiing & Fireworks

In Levi, the New Year is traditionally welcomed on the slopes! On New Year’s Eve, night skiing at Levi Glacier is open until 11:30 PM. The celebration culminates in a spectacular fireworks display at midnight, held on the Front Slopes.

Please note that the use of personal fireworks is prohibited in the Levi village centre and Front Slopes area on 31 Dec 2024 from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
