Earth Hour in King Crab House 23 March

Together with the John Nurminen Foundation, we save the Baltic Sea and its cultural heritage!

23.3.2024 | Well-being, Culture and entertainment, Families

On Saturday 23 March at 20.30 we turn off the lights in the restaurant for one hour, to spread
awareness about sustainability and climate change, while you can enjoy an atmospheric candlelight dinner. We will also donate all sales of desserts during the whole day to John Nurminen Foundation. The perfect time to treat your sweet tooth with good conscious. You will also have the opportunity to donate money straight to the foundation if you want.

We hope we can get as many of you with us to help save our Baltic Sea on this important day. Table reservations here.

John Nurminen Foundation – Saving the Baltic Sea

Founded in 1992, the purpose of the John Nurminen Foundation is to save the Baltic Sea and its heritage for future generations. The Foundation’s projects improve the status of the Baltic Sea by reducing the nutrient load and environmental risks, such as eutrophication and nature loss, faced by the Sea. The Foundation also safeguards, celebrates, and communicates the stories and cultural heritage of the Sea. The work is steered by measurable results and impact. The Foundation’s operations are mainly funded by donations and grants.
