The lifestyle of the northern nomads was all about skilfully utilizing the scarce resources of nature. This practical approach, along with a refined sense of beauty, has inspired Boden’s product design. Bonden is a pioneer in sustainable development and sustainable design. For our products, we developed in 2017 a yarn suitable for industrial production from Finnish lamb's wool that used to largely go to waste. Our products are crafted in collaboration with local businesses and artisans. Only plant-based dyes or the original shades of materials are used in our designs. The tasteful colour palette appears as if curated by nature itself, enabling all colors to harmoniously complement each other.Wrapping oneself in these natural textiles provides you with a serene feeling.
