At the beginning of June, attention turns to the fells as the Levi Fell Clean-Up Day invites participants to help protect Lapland’s unique natural environment.

ZERO POINT (14:00 - 18:00)

• Pidä Lappi Siistinä ry will distribute the clean‑up equipment provided by Lapeco and organise an information session on invasive species as well as guidance on waste sorting.

• The village will be divided into sectors, and participants will be directed from Zero Point to clean different areas so that the village can be covered as widely as possible.

• Levi Ski Resort staff will clean the ski slope areas.

• Take part in the prize draw by adding a photo to your Instagram Story and tagging @Levilapland, or by sending your photo to the event phone number 040 565 8005. A gift card will be raffled among all participants. NOTE! If you cannot attend the event in person, you can still participate by picking up litter, for example on your commute or around your home, and sharing a photo of it.

As the only Nordic ski resort with an ISO 14001 environmental certificate, Levi Ski Resort collected 1180 kg of rubbish from the fell on last year's cleaning day. During cleanup week, make a social media post with hashtags #oneactionatatime #LeviLapland and tag @levilapland and @levi.ski.
