Come relax and recharge with a 30-minute Outdoor Yoga session suitable for everyone. No previous yoga experience is needed. The class consists of gentle, body-opening movements.
The exercises are done at a calm pace and can be adapted to suit how your body feels.
Most of the practice is done standing, so you don’t need to bring your own yoga mat.
Practicing yoga in nature offers a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and enjoy the surrounding scenery.
Fresh air, nature sounds, and the outdoor environment support overall well-being and help you recover from the stresses of everyday life.
Location: On the grassy area next to the upper station of Gondoli2000.
Please note! In case of bad weather, the session will be held indoors at Levi Wellness Club’s yoga studio.
