Collect points easily by shopping in our web store, equipment rentals, and selected Levi Ski Resort shops - for every euro spent, you earn one Levi Black point (does not apply gift cards, alcohol or tobacco products).
Points from the web store and equipment rentals are automatically accumulated when you make purchases while logged in with the same email address registered to your loyalty program account. In Levi Ski Resort's stores, you need to be logged into the app and show the Levi Black card in the app to the card reader at the time of purchase. Staff will assist you if needed.

Your accumulated points open the door to valuable discounts, which you can redeem through the Levi Resort app. In the app, you'll find all the available benefits, their details, validity periods, and the services where you can use them.
To redeem a discount, you must have a sufficient amount of Levi Black points, which will be deducted from your points balance upon redemption. Redeem the benefit during the purchase by pressing the "Activate benefit" button in the app's Discounts view. The benefit will be active for one minute, during which you must show it to the store staff, who will enter it into the cash register system.
There will be changes to the Levi Black loyalty program at the beginning of 2025
We would like to inform you about important changes to the Levi Black loyalty program, which will take effect in early 2025. These changes will bring new opportunities and updates to the use of discount vouchers and points accumulation. 1. Changes to discount voucher usage
Starting from January 1, 2025, Levi Black points redeemed in the Levi Resort app will no longer be valid for use at the ski pass offices. However, the vouchers will still be valid at all other locations.
Starting from January 13, 2025, Levi Black points can also be used for ski passes in the Levi Ski Resort online store. You can find detailed instructions in the publication linked here.
2. Levi Black points accumulation on gift card purchases
Starting from January 1, 2025, points will only accumulate for the gift card purchaser. No points will be earned on the gift card amount when used for purchases.
3. New 50€ discount voucher
Starting from January 13, 2025, it will be possible to redeem a 50€ discount voucher with Levi Black points, both in the Levi Resort app and in the Levi Ski Resort online store.

The redeemed benefit cannot be restored, and the activation of the benefit cannot be undone.
From which product groups are Levi Black points awarded?
Levi Black points are awarded for nearly all product categories, except for alcohol, tobacco products, and gift cards.
Points are not awarded in the online store for transactions where Avios points were used as payment.
How are points awarded?

Can points be awarded retrospectively?

You can use one benefit per purchase. Benefits cannot be combined.

How long are Levi Black points valid?
Levi Black points are always valid for one year from the last purchase that earned you points.
Are Levi Black points personal?
Levi Black points are personal and are allocated to the customer based on the e-mail address used for identification.

Levi Black card is personal and can only be used by the person named on the card for his/her personal purchases.
How are Levi Black benefits available?
Benefits are only available using the Levi Resort app and use of the benefits requires authentication in the app as well.
