Levi Ski Resort has introduced a completely new type of Levi Resort mobile application, which takes the ski resort's customer experience to a whole new level. The application is unique in both usability and content. The application has been designed by the ski resort's technology partner HiQ.
The Levi Resort app brings customers a real-time information package for browsing to ensure a successful day on the slopes. Levi fell is a large slope area with a total of 27 lifts and 43 different slopes with ancillary services.

The 3D MAP MAKES IT EASIER TO NAVIGATE IN THE FELL
The application's unique 3D map with its locations covers the entire Levi fell and its immediate surroundings. The user experience of the app also provides real-time information about the slopes and lifts. With the help of the application, you can also view the status of the fell via live cameras and follow the weather reports of the fell.
The Levi Resort app also offers previews, locations and opening hours for slope restaurants and other services, as well as routes, timetables and real-time locations for ski buses between the slopes of Levi and the largest accommodation areas.

Safety is one of the important values of Levi Ski Resort. Through the app, the user can also find the phone number of the slope first aid and ski patrols at the touch of a button.
SHOP REMOTELY, ENJOY LIVE
With the application, you can buy ski passes in advance, ski school services, rental company products and bus tickets. A new loyalty program that encourages the centralization of purchases is also included in the application. Named after the legendary World Cup Slope, Levi Black, with a mobile card, customers collect points from the ski resort's services that provide direct economic added value, as well as current discount coupons for the ski resort's various services.
The Levi Resort app is one notable entity in our “Smart Fell” project launched one and a half year ago. The aim of the project is to provide our customers with easy access to all the information and services of the fell to guarantee the best possible alpine skiing experience in Levi fell. Information comes from the lifts, the TechnoAlpin snow cannon equipment and their weather stations, to the moving buses.
