Are you feeling adventurous? Want to perform physically demanding exercises? Take a leap of faith?
Welcome to the brand new Adventure Park in Levi.
THIS IS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE
- At first I thought you cannot make me do that. I’m in my sixties and I don’t have any experience in going to adventure parks. But with such a skilful, awesome staff a first-timer like me soon started to feel safe. The activities were fun and I managed to go through all of them without having to scamper like a squirrel. The ziplines were the most fun, though, I did take a moment to think whether I had the courage.

Levi is my home
“I tried to make a smooth and elegant run and minimise my mistakes. First I did a flat rail 240 in and 450 out, the first jump was a right 900 tailgrab, the second jump was a fakie wobble 900 safety grab, the next a rail nosebutter 270 in and 270 out, and for the final obstacle, the waterfall, I did a switch lipslide 450 out.”
Bloggers put to the test
Miia and Annukka, the authors of MiAnn’s – a blog focusing on fashion and interior design – were given an interesting and challenging assignment by LeviDays. We wanted to know how traditional Lappish clothing, accessories and interior design products would combine with an urban city look. The girls were more than happy to accept the challenge, and the results are shown here.
A speedy five-star experience
A crisp frost, an open fire, a steaming mug of hot juice. Excitement that quickens the heart, inspires laughter and a conversational buzz. The winter day is turning to dusk and an illuminated karting track glows in the background – you just can’t wait for the next round. Welcome to falling in love with ice karting!
Wild inhabitants of the Lapland fells
Several wild species inhabit Lapland’s natural environment. However, they love their own peace and quiet so much that they are highly elusive. On the other hand, if you pay close attention and are lucky, you may see their tracks or the remnants of an old burrow when out in the natural landscape.
