Our starters reflect strong bistro traditions: king prawns served with garlic butter and nduja mayonnaise, as well as the classic French onion soup, guide you on a culinary journey to the heart of Europe.
Lapland Meets Southern Europe
In our main courses, Lapland meets Southern Europe. On the menu you will find reindeer prepared three ways, pan-fried trout and slow-braised Iberico pork cheeks. Vegetarian guests are also well catered for – for example, our vegan brisket served with polenta and yellow beetroot has become a favourite among many of our guests.
