Boneless is known for its crispy fried boneless chicken and juicy smash burgers, which have been voted the best in Helsinki. The secret of our tasty menu is fresh ingredients and our recipes which are perfected to perfection.

You'll find Boneless Restaurant on the South Slopes of Levi, where you can dine indoors or enjoy the warm spring sunshine on our large terrace for after-ski drinks.

Boneless slope restaurant has a more limited menu than the usual Boneless restaurants. Our menu includes delicious crispy fried chicken dishes tossed in our tasty homemade sauces and of course our juicy smash burgers and fried chicken burgers. For the kids we have cheeseburgers and crispy fried chicken bites.

All our burgers are available as vegetarian versions, either with smashed plant-based protein (meat burgers) or crispy fried seitan (chicken burgers). You can also swap our normal burger buns for gluten-free keto buns.
