Luvattumaa Levi, Luvattumaa Levi Ice Gallery

Luvattumaa is a true find. Over 1000 square meters snow castle and snow hotel is built every year from the clear water of river Ounas. Next to snow castle lies romantic Luvattumaa Lappish restaurant. Whoever finds them, will carry the image forever.

Built on the bank of Ounasjoki, 7 kilometres from the centre of Levi, Luvattumaa Levi Ice Gallery is easy to reach by car, snowmobile and skis. During the winter season, Levi Ice Gallery opens its doors for the public with it's unique snow castle. The true heart of Luvattumaa - the Lappish hut restaurant, is open throughout the year. Luvattumaa is a popular ski café as well. We organize themed events with a full range of entertainment choices, both for individuals and for companies. You can see reindeers at Luvattumaa.

Every year professional snow and ice artists and builders create one of the biggest and the most beautiful snow creation in Finnish Lapland Luvattumaa snow castle from the clear water of river Ounas. Inside the snow castle there is an Ice Bar, an Ice Chapel for intimate weddings and a Snow Hotel with fine-carved snow hotel rooms. The castle will cover an area of 1 000 square meters. At the Luvattumaa snow hotel you can experience an unforgettable night sleeping at the cool snow hotel room with a warm sleeping bag. At the Luvattumaa Ice Chapel you can spend the most important moments of your life and celebrate your wedding under the Northern Lights. The Luvattumaa Levi Ice Gallery offers lots to see every winter for both children and adults. Luvattumaa Levi Ice Gallery offers a sample Finnish snow building and carving tradition only possible to carry out here on Arctic areas.
