Mielenvalkea
Mielenvalkea sauna is located in the Atri district, 2 km from the Levi centre. Here we bathe in two big saunas, Lumi and Noki. Lumi is designed especially for sauna programmes. You can fit up to 30 bathers in the sauna facilities.

Sauna from Finland registered association has awarded Authentic Finnish Sauna Experience quality certificate, to wellness sauna Lumi in MielenValkea. MielenValkea wellness sauna Lumi carries out the genuine Finnish sauna experience key values, which are genuineness, multiple sensory, presence, relaxation, purity, and well-being.

MielenValkea has two saunas: wellness sauna “Lumi” and bathing sauna “Noki”. They both have their own souls.
The fresh, modern materials in the wellness sauna Lumi make the space visually beautiful. Helo sauna stove guarantees soft bathing and brand-new Helo infra-red panels make it possible to use the facilities also as an infra-red sauna or even a relaxation room. Traditional benches are replaced with Kokoro-stools. There are seats for 5-12 users. There are infra-red panels for six.
Noki is a darkish, rough sauna for bathing. It has u-shaped benches that fit a bigger group of people to sit and enjoy.
Both saunas have a nice fireplace room and a space for resting adjoining. MielenValkea has group facilities for lectures, relaxation exercises or serving food, too. All the facilities are available to be booked for private use, and catering is available if needed.

The saunas are located only 1.5 km from Hotel Hullu Poro and it is a nice walk, but if you’d rather drive, there is parking space in the yard, too. The address is Atrinpolku 9.
