## Riitta-Liisa Lassila – Running and Skiing Schools
Who is Riitta-Liisa?
Riitta-Liisa Lassila (Roponen) is a passionate mover who enjoys being in nature and encouraging others to discover their own path to physical activity.
During her career, this Finnish top-level cross-country skier competed on the national team for over 20 years. She participated in five Olympic Games and numerous World Championships, earning medals in international competitions. Throughout her long career, Riitta-Liisa became known for her uncompromising training, cheerful attitude, and her willingness to share her knowledge with her teammates.
After retiring from professional sports, she has dedicated herself to passing on her experience and expertise for everyone’s benefit – inspiring people of all ages to move in a relaxed and effective way.
Running School
The running sessions focus on running through various types of terrain, incorporating mobility and muscular endurance exercises. Clear instructions, practical drills, and useful tips make running enjoyable – whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast.
Skiing School
In skiing school, both classic and skating techniques are refined in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Key focus areas include glide, kick and upper body rhythm, balance improvement, as well as building confidence in both ascents and descents. The goal is to make skiing smooth and enjoyable – when your technique supports your movement, the trail feels effortless.
