Alone in silence
Immerse yourself in the silence of the fells on your bike or enjoy the thrill of speed on race day. Experience Ylläs–Levi in two ways!
If you long for peace and solitude, head out on your own. If you’re looking for community and buzz, register for a
race. Both choices allow you to experience the magic of the fells in your own way. The trail awaits. Which way do you prefer? Perhaps both?
Ways to experience 1 - Alone in silence
Imagine a bike ride that begins when the rest of the world is asleep in silence.
The light in the nightless night never disappears, it just softens. When the trail leads you to the foot of a fell
and the landscape glows golden, time loses its meaning. The steady sound of the chain and the silence of nature
create a meditative rhythm that is easy to sink into.
You're in no rush. Stop whenever you want, take a deep breath and let your thoughts flow. The route from Ylläs to
Levi doesn't ask you to push yourself to the limit. The trailbetween the two fells offers space to be, see and feel. Being active in nature while finding a sense of inner calm.
If you want an experience that will clear your mind and paint a landscape in your heart, this is the way to go. Simply get on your bike and head for the fells.

Ways to experience 2 - Feeling the buzz of race day
When cycling is combined with camaraderie, cheering and personal goals, a familiar route can turn into a whole new adventure.
Ylläs–Levi MTB is an event that brings together countless cyclists who share the same trail. However, each person has their own story to tell about the length and challenges of the route. The energy in the start zone, the refreshments at service stations and the spectators cheering you on along the way create a special atmosphere
on race day.
During the race, you may not have time to admire the scenery unfolding in front of you. That’s why every scene
you manage to see feels all the more precious. The climbs and descents test your mental and physical limits. The view from the top of the fell is worth all the effort.
The race does not have to be about speed or winning, but it can also be a leisurely ride. On race day, you can either challenge yourself or simply share the trail with other cyclists.
