Easy or challenging - Levi has it all!
Levi's ski season kicks off in October 3rd, and more slopes open as the winter progresses. The ski season lasts until early May, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy Levi’s slopes well into spring. Levi boasts various slopes: blue slopes for beginners, red slopes for intermediate skiers, and black slopes for advanced enthusiasts. For beginners and kids, we offer a dedicated area and Leevilandia with lots of fun and activities. South Park, Junior South Park, Fun Park, and moguls provide added challenges for more experienced skiers.
Please note that part of the slopes are in training use, check track bookings here. On windy days, part of the lifts may be closed. Up-to-date slope information and exceptions on opening hours can be found here.
Snowmaking and opening goals for slopes require consistent freezing temperatures and winter conditions. Non-illuminated natural snow slopes are typically opened in February, once sufficient snow exists.
Front Slopes: Training and Public Areas, Oct 6–Nov 20
October 6 – November 20, the Levi Glacier area and Glacier Express chairlift are reserved exclusively for alpine ski training groups. Access to this area requires a training pass or a training season pass.
For recreational skiers, the North chairlift, Front Slope magic carpet, and slope N.1 are available, offering a wide range of skiing options. Slope N.1 features a dedicated free-skiing area, a mogul run, and a park – providing something for skiers of all levels right from the first days of the season.

Slope safety
Levi Ski Patrols (the Red Jackets) supervise and develop the safety of slopes every day. They offer advices on safe skiing and work proactively to keep the slopes safe. You may see them also taking part on first aid and rescue duties. The common practices and slope rules ensure enjoyable and safe skiing days for everyone.
In case of emergency, ask for assistance from the Ski Patrol or our staff at the lifts. The first-aid staff operates from the ski rentals of Zero Point and South Point. Call +358 44 367 4278 or the national emergency telephone number 112. Our staff directs customers to the follow-up treatment if needed.
