- We are looking forward to opening the ski season again at the beginning of October. Levi will once again open the women's slalom world cup in November, and dozens of international training groups are coming to Levi to train before the event. Our work for the early opening of the season is now also reflected in the fact that we are now seen also internationally as an important training resort, especially as the situation in the Alps is difficult due to the melting of the glaciers. We are looking forward to next year as well when we will have the new glacier ready for skiing right from the start of the season, says Jouni Palosaari, CEO of Levi Ski Resort.
